Are your products tested on animals?

We do not test on animals. All of Sublime Bliss’ products are cruelty free.

I have nut allergies. Do you have any products that contain nuts?

Many of our products do have nut derivatives, from ingredients such as organic almond oil. You can check the ingredients of each product by looking at the ingredient list contained at the end of each product.

Can I request specific samples?

Although we cannot provide individualized requests, we pride ourselves on offering samples from many of our most popular products. We change our sample offerings regularly so that there are always new products for you to try and fall in love with.

 I previously ordered a product from Sublime Bliss, but can no longer find that product on your website. What happened?

If you cannot locate a previously ordered item, it may have been discontinued, repackaged, renamed, or replaced. Please contact SB Customer Service via email at Service@sublimebliss.com

 How do I request a printed catalog?

In an effort to help the environment and reduce the amount of trees destroyed in printing paper, Sublime Bliss does not offer printed catalogs of our products. All of our products can be found online at www.sublimebliss.com.

 Do you offer gift certificates?

Yes, we offer gift certificates in any denomination.

 Do the gift certificates expire?

No, Sublime Bliss gift certificates never expire. They are treated the same as cash.

 What carrier do you use to ship out products?

We partner with both UPS and USPS to ship our products. If your address is a P.O. Box, APO/AFO, it will ship via USPS. All other addresses within the continental United States will ship via a combination of UPS and USPS. The package is shipped via UPS to your local post office and then delivered via USPS for the remaining leg of the delivery. This ensures that we keep the delivery costs as low as possible and pass the savings on to you.

 Do you ship to military bases?

Yes.

 What is a promotion code and how do I get one?

Promotion codes work the same way as online coupons. Sublime Bliss customers that sign up for a free account regularly receive emails with discounts and promotional specials. If you would like to receive SB emails, please register and you will be added to our mailing list.

 Why isn't my promotional code working?

Promotional codes can be specific to dates, products or minimum total amount. All promotional offers, emails and sales, and discount cannot be combined with any other offer. If you are experiencing an error with your promotional code please refer back to where you received it from and look for the following: Expiration Date, Excluded Products, Spend Requirement. For questions or assistance with a promotional code please contact customer service.

 Why am I receiving emails from Sublime Bliss?

We frequently feature special offers and promotions, including reduced shipping rates and gifts with purchase, for our returning customers. There is often a promotional code included to enter in during checkout.

 How do I know my credit card information is protected on your site?

At Sublime Bliss we take your security seriously and go above and beyond to protect your information. Your credit card information is transmitted to us through a highly secure SSL connection, which cannot be intercepted. Once in our system your credit card information is encrypted, meaning no one has access to that information at any time.

 If I save my credit card information in my account is it safe?

Your auto-checkout credit card information is encrypted and protected by a password for your security. To ensure your information is never stolen, your password decryption only shows a portion of your credit card information meaning that if your password is stolen your information is still safe in our system.

 How will I know when my order has been shipped?

Sublime Bliss will email a Shipment Confirmation that details your order and shipment date.

 What is your return policy?

 I didn't receive a full refund on my return. Why?

Please be aware that Sublime Bliss items are not eligible for refunds on shipping and handling. A $15 service charge will be applied to any package that is refused. Please see our policy page for more details.

 I used PayPal to make my purchase, and have since returned/cancelled an item, why haven't I been refunded?

At Sublime Bliss all refunds are issued within 48 hours of the request, or product being received back to our warehouse. If you haven't received your refund back from PayPal it may be because you used a credit card to make your payment. PayPal states on their site that it can take up to 30 days for the refund to appear on your statement. Please be patient, if you have additional questions feel free to contact the PayPal help department online at https://www.paypal.com/webapps/helpcenter/home.
